Kick off the new year and get out your dancing shoes! It’s time to celebrate 2023 with a tour of the best local spots for live music. With family and friends in town, I’ve put together a list of some of the best places to let loose and have some fun!

Blue Pointe Bar & Grille – This locally owned and operated outdoor full-service bar and grill offers  fantastic food, a full bar, swimming pool and expansive views in Tequesta. You’ll love this waterfront experience with comfortable seating, intracoastal views and live music every day of the week! Blue Pointe is family friendly and full of fun for everyone! https://www.bluepointebarandgrill.com

Cucina Cabana – Experience authentic Italian/Continental cuisine in an upscale atmosphere, with a chic, sensual décor located in North Palm Beach. Check out the event calendar on their website and you’ll find an array of weekly live music events including Wednesday Motown nights, an Uptown Express Duo on Tuesday nights and you can go strong on the weekends starting at 7pm with an after party that begins at 11pm. https://cucinacabanaristorante.com

Avocado Cantina – This lively open-air restaurant located Downtown Palm Beach Gardens is a chic, buzzy, taco-and-tequila paradise. Its menu is focused on local, seasonal ingredients with a Mexican flare. The restaurant features nightly specials with live music on Friday and Saturday nights that will get your hips moving Latina-style! It’s a great place to start your night in the newly renovated Downtown PBG!  https://www.avocadocantina.com

Square Grouper at Jupiter Inlet – Known to many as the home of Alan Jackson’s, “Its’ Five O’Clock Somewhere” video with Jimmy Buffet, but loved by the locals, the Square Grouper is one of the most popular local watering holes. Live music can be heard seven days a week from this little piece of paradise, with wide-water views of the Jupiter Inlet and its famous lighthouse. https://squaregrouper.net
